The Alpha Industries N-2B Base UV Winter Jacket combines uncompromising functionality with the distinctive heritage of classic flight apparel for cold days in everyday life. Color-wise, the jacket comes in a characteristic Vintage Green, which presents itself as a muted olive green with a silky satin sheen, ideally complemented by a color-matched inner lining and a soft, light grey faux fur lining inside the hood. Extremely durable Flight Nylon serves as the hard-wearing outer material to reliably block cold winds, while lightweight 3M™ Thinsulate™ padding ensures excellent thermal insulation under all conceivable weather conditions. For maximum flexibility, the lined hood can be split down the middle via a continuous zipper and laid comfortably across the shoulders. The casual Relaxed Fit allows for effortless layering and guarantees outstanding wearing comfort, which is perfectly supported by elastic ribbed cuffs at the sleeves and hem. Practical storage options are provided by two spacious side pockets, a secure inner pocket, and the signature sleeve utility pocket featuring the legendary Remove Before Flight tag. Additionally, integrated shoulder straps on the inside allow the jacket to be carried hands-free like a backpack when indoors.
