The Made in USA Selvedge is our most premium jean, created in partnership with denim guru Eric Goldstein, whose credits include Jean Shop and RRL. It’s woven at Vidalia Mills in Vidalia, LA. Vidalia is famous among aficionados for its “farm-to-yarn” denim; the cotton is locally grown and woven on Vidalia's Draper looms, acquired from the mythic White Oak Plant in Greensboro, NC — it takes about two hours to weave enough fabric for one pair of jeans. The raw denim is then rope-dyed in genuine indigo and cut and sewn in Los Angeles. Our Relaxed Fit is on-trend, roomy but clean with a full stovepipe leg and a high waist; it’s meant to be worn with a turned-up cuff, and will start stiff before wearing in over time.
