Roam 1 is TANTRUMS' 1L, high-capacity race vest designed for 200-mile events, big mountain days, and long-haul efforts where mandatory gear expands and the margin for error disappears. It follows the same core philosophy as Crest 6––stable, breathable, intuitive, but with more volume and load control for full kit carry.
Roam 11 is using TANTRUMS' proprietary "backbone construction"-a chassis blending monofilaments with spacer mesh to deliver stability + comfort under load. That matters when you're carrying more than flasks and gels.
Roam 1 has quick-access rear wrap storage (layers/essentials), plus a zippered phone pocket designed to be reachable without breaking stride. That's critical for ultra runners managing heat/cold swings, navigation, and the constant snack cycle.
Tantrums suggests sizing up if you are between sizes. Sizing runs small.
