MATERIALS & CARE

Material: Titanium

Designed and hand-finished in Sanjo, Niigata, Japan's 600-year knife-making capital. Hand wash with warm water and mild soap; do not put titanium in the dishwasher long-term (it discolours the finish). Dry fully before storage. Titanium will develop a patina with use, that is part of the material, not a defect. Stainless-steel pieces will keep their finish with regular rinsing. Bamboo components should be hand-washed and dried fully. Snow Peak pieces are built for decades of use, treated reasonably, they will outlast the person holding them.
