SIZE UP, these run a bit on the smaller size. If you're a M get an L.
These fit a little more snug than normal, size up if you want more room in the crotch. They have a little more cotton than spandex. Fits normal around the waist but crotch area is a snugger fit. They do stretch out overtime.
