Relaxed, loose‑cut “New Shirt‑1” in waxed cotton, made in Japan. The fabric is 100% cotton that’s yarn‑spun and dyed in Japan using Australian and U.S. cotton, woven in Shizuoka, and finished with a paraffin wax coating baked in Fukui to create the MT‑Wax texture is stiff at first, but softening, fading, and developing patina over time. The design includes a pointed collar, buttoned front with 15 mm army buttons mounted on seatbelt tape, a patch chest pocket, adjustable button cuffs, a curved hem, and generous armholes for easy layering.
