X-ALP Recon - Black/Black-Bluing

Drawing from Salomon's extensive alpine experience, the X-ALP lands at the crossover between outdoor and fashion. This recon version pays homage to alpine gear from recon missions in a dark, icy blue representing the cold extremes. The silhouette is a cut-down version of alpine boots which have carried weary travellers across the most extreme terrain. This low-cut silhouette takes that heritage and repackages it into something more casually wearable without compromising any of the functionality. Leather is used across the uppers, creating a durable finish that should last you plenty of years to come. The X-ALP uses the esteemed Edging Chassis platform which is built to perform in rocky off-road settings. This solid base is dressed in Contagrip rubber to promote sure-footedness on all terrain, working with a waterproof mudguard and rubber toe bumper.
