ASICS and mita team up for a fresh take on an early-aughts hybrid with the mita x ASICS GEL-YETITOKYO "Mushroom". Originally released in 2000 as a recovery shoe for fatigued trail runners, the shoe's hiking boot aesthetic is formed with a mushroom-inspired color scheme on the suede upper, a toggled lacing system and rugged eyelets, and a cork inner sole with antibacterial, deodorizing, and moisture-regulating properties. The design is completed by a black midsole infused with GEL technology and a white rubber outsole with a rugged traction pattern for advanced grip on varying surfaces.
