The upper of the 001 is made of bio-based Dyneema for abrasion resistance, with hi-vis reflective detailing to ensure visibility from all angles. Norda collaborated with Vibram on both the midsole and outsole to ensure maximum comfort and unrivaled grip at all times. The insole is then custom-designed to provide the best energy absorption and return.

The norda 001 RZ is an exclusive collaboration with athlete Ray Zahab to support his charity organization impossible2possible (i2p).

The vision of i2P is to break the boundaries that bind modern education by using mind-blowing adventures as a platform for true interactive learning. Their vision is for schools all over the world to use experience-based learning programs such as i2P expeditions to bring the world into the classroom and the classroom into the world. Five percent of all RZ shoe sales help cover expedition expenses for Youth Ambassadors and all i2P Experiential Learning Programs, allowing them to continue providing free services to schools and students all over the world.
