Nepenthes has collaborated with art director Kazuhiko Ota to release five original tenugui designs. Inspired by vintage American advertisements, Ota's nostalgic artwork is printed using traditional Japanese dyeing techniques on cotton tenugui, resulting in deep blue hues and intricate details. While traditionally used as washcloths, these versatile tenugui can also function as neckerchiefs, hand towels, bag accessories, or wall tapestries.
