Mizuno x Vainl Archive WAVE RIDER 10

For their second collaboration in partnership with respected Japanese fashion house, Vainl Archive, Mizuno Sportstyle introduces a fresh interpretation of another core silhouette, the Wave Rider 10. As the next step beyond their primary collaborative take on Wave Prophecy LS during SS24, Vainl Archive and Mizuno Sportstyle return with a very similar palette for AW25. This time however, reworking the familiar colour scheme into an all-new configuration, prominently cladding chocolate brown tones across the forefoot, sidewalls and heel detailing instead of sock-liner and heel-cup alone as we previously saw. Inspiration for this pair derives from a kindred place to the first, channeling the glare of asphalt streets as city lights reflect during twilight hours; appearing to be a monochromatic mass from a distance before presenting a range of contrasting textures up close.
