KFAX returns with its 14th edition, curated by labelmate Phran (Fran Mejia), the artist behind some of Klasse Wrecks' early releases and one half of Dos Ritmos. This issue explores the world of Venezuelan Minitecas, a type of mini/tiny soundsystem that emerged in Venezuela in the late 1960s and early 1970s. By the 1980s, Minitecas were prevalent across the country, featuring numerous soundsystems like Betelgeuse, Sound Crazy, ZC, Coconut, The Boss, and High Voltage, playing a diverse range of genres.
