Acid House As It Happened is a photographic book by Dave Swindells, chronicling the early days of the Acid House scene in 1988. Swindells captured the nascent Acid House nights at clubs like Future and Shoom, as well as events in unconventional locations throughout that transformative year. He documented these happenings as the nightlife editor for Time Out magazine and revisits this history in the book.
