MATERIALS & CARE

Remove the insoles and laces before cleaning; clean each separately.

Wipe the upper with a soft damp cloth and a small amount of mild detergent, do not submerge the shoe in water and do not machine-wash.

Air dry at room temperature, away from direct heat or sunlight. Stuff with paper to hold shape while drying.

Rotate between two pairs to extend midsole foam life, Mizuno trainers typically hold their ride for 600–800 km depending on runner weight and surface.
