The Hood Hat "Harlem" is a hat inspired by the cultural significance of the Renaissance Ballroom and Casino in Harlem during the 1920s and 30s. This venue was a hub for jazz music and also hosted the New York Rens, an all-black basketball team that won the first World Championship of Professional Basketball in 1939.
