For her Spring / Summer 2023 collection, Honey Fucking Dijon collaborated with the estate of Jean-Michel Basquiat, drawing inspiration from his musical connections and artworks. Basquiat, who was also a DJ and musician, had a deep relationship with music, influencing genres from jazz and bebop to the origins of hip hop. This collection celebrates his multifaceted artistic career, including his involvement in the 1982 New York / New Wave exhibition.
