ASICS introduce a brand new design into the Kinetic lineage with the GEL-Kinetic SP. To create the GEL-Kinetic SP, ASICS drew inspiration from their archival heritage runners, reimagining them with modern tech. The finished result is a contemporary sneaker with an upper that borrows technical welding and eyelet elements from 2010s runners. This version is crafted from a breathable mesh upper with smooth leather overlays and a perforated ASICS logo at the toe box. It wouldn't be an ASICS sneaker without some tech to blow your mind and keep you comfy, so you'll find Scutoid GEL™ technology provides increased shock absorption and comfort thanks to its closely packed 3D geometry with an off-axis structure—developed in cooperation with the ASICS Institute of Sport Science.
