Wythe New York was founded by Peter Middleton, a former Ralph Lauren designer, from a studio in Brooklyn's Williamsburg neighborhood. The brand makes American sportswear staples — flannels, corduroys, knits, chinos — using premium fabrics from Japanese and Italian mills, with every piece constructed in the New York metro area. Middleton's approach is obsessively detail-oriented: custom-woven fabrics, vintage-accurate fits, and the kind of finishing that heritage brands used to do before they moved offshore.
