Who Decides War

Who Decides War was founded in 2018 in New York by Everard Best (Ev Bravado) and Tela D'Amore, evolving from Best's earlier solo label launched in 2015. The brand became an LVMH Prize finalist and is recognized for its ornate denim work featuring hand-dyeing, garment distressing, and signature lace and tulle appliques.
