Velvet by Graham & Spencer was founded in Los Angeles in 1997 by Jenny Graham and Toni Spencer. The brand made its name with the perfect tee — a category it essentially helped define — and expanded into a full womenswear line of soft, drape-forward basics built around premium fabrics and a California ease-of-wear sensibility.
