Founded in 2015 in Amsterdam by Rizky Lasahido, Maru Asmellash, and Eben Badu, The New Originals grew out of a music and fashion blog into a performance-oriented streetwear label. The brand's 9-Dots logo symbolizes divergent thinking, and its founders remain active in Amsterdam's creative and nightlife scene as TNO SoundSystem.
