Founded in 1952 in Paris by Egyptian-born designer Gaby Aghion, Chloé pioneered luxury ready-to-wear at a time when Parisian fashion was dominated by formal couture. Now part of Richemont, the house is known for its bohemian femininity and has been shaped by creative directors including Karl Lagerfeld, Stella McCartney, and Phoebe Philo.
